Part time, 20 hours per week

Your primary task will be to prepare the main meals for a household of around 20 people. In doing so the following considerations must be made:

• There may be pupils in the house so particular attention must be paid to health and safety
• There will be some special dietary requirements to cater for
• All meals should be healthy and nutritional
• You will be required to ensure that the kitchen is left clean and tidy

Prior experience is desirable but not essential as support and training will be provided where necessary

At Camphill School Aberdeen, we currently have an exciting opportunity for a Kindergarten Assistant to join our team.  As a Kindergarten Assistant, you will be required to work as an effective member of an early year’s team delivering a high-quality child centred service in line with the principles of Waldorf Education and CfE, which meets the needs of children and their families.

Assisting the Kindergarten team in all aspects of work with pupil(s), you will work towards ensuring a high level of compliance with SSSC and CSA rules, policies and practices.

This position will be subject to a PVG Membership check

Horse Riding and Equine Assisted Therapy Volunteers

Camphill School Aberdeen (CSA) is a charity which has been supporting children and young people with additional support needs on a residential and day placement basis for over 75 years. As part of our programme we offer Horse Riding and Equine Assisted Therapy which is enhances the lives of our children and young people helping them to develop their strength, confidence and independence.
CSA are currently looking for Volunteers to support our Equine Therapy Team.
Depending on your skills, you will get the opportunity to participate in a variety of tasks including caring for the horses, preparing them for the therapy sessions and assisting in therapy sessions.
If you love horses, enjoy working with children and young adults and can spare even a few hours a week of your time this volunteering opportunity may be right for you.
The stables with the indoor and outdoor arenas are based at Camphill School, Murtle Estate, Bieldside.
